fighting pac would give him THE BIGGEST pay day of his life, and a shot at what he said he wanted; to win a title in 5 different divisions.

pac wants the fight. so what's stopping jam of taking the fight?

The Pacquiao that fought JMM in Fight #4 has morphed into something very skilled and, as a result, very dangerous. Against Tim Bradley, Manny showed he is now capable of being a counter-counter puncher with a much better defense, and these facts can not possibly bode well for JMM at 40 years-old (and they probably scare the crap out of Mayweather, too).

If I were JMM, I would not fight Pacman now unless I real really needed the money.
