What was it like for your first time at Gym ? ( need advice)

    I just started training after i introduced myself and paid. You have to remember that no one, I repeat NO ONE in the gym gives a fk about you or notices that you're even there, except for you. Don't think of yourself as someone important or special and just do what everyone else is doing, except do it harder. In time trainers will start to notice you.

        One rule to live by-don't be a b1tch and DO NOT act like billy bada$$. You'll get tuned up in a heartbeat. Other than that, stay humble, stay focused, and have fun and learn.
