Paulie might be letting his mouth overload his ass at this point. He has skill that much is for sure. At this point it's too early for him to fight a Cotto.

As far as his personality and such, I can't stand guys that that. I prefer a little humility and respect for the opponents. Watching his interveiw on ESPN was painful for me.

I don't think Paulie has the tools to discourage Cotto. He simply doesnt have the firepower to stop him, and I can't see him outboxing him for twelve rounds. I feel Cotto would win by late stoppage, maybe having to come from behind to do it.
