    Why doesn't Mayweather fight Thurman, and do it for his fans again?

    Why is there always a double-standard with Khan?

    Surely you think Khan should have to beat someone of note to get a fight of that magnitude.

        He's big risk small money for anyone, so why should anyone fight him for that matter?

          People who shout Khan should fight Thurman just want to see him out of this sport.

          Only three types of people;

          1. Racists
          2. People with no interest in the sport and seeing good fights for a longer period, with some of the above in them
          3. People who genuinely can't stand him because of what he's said or done (legit people who love the sport but have a dislike to a certain fighter based on his personality and his actions nothing to do with their race or background, just like me when it comes to Broner)

            i think is because thurman is making some noise lately and khan needs a big win if he wants the floyd fight. beating thurman would be perfect.

            I think he should aim to porter if he isn't fighting brook, and if he does, the winner of that fight (if you ask me, i think porter beats brook)

              I think its obvious - Khan and Thurman are on the same level (Trying to establish themselves in the WW division) While Floyd (like him or not) is at the very top.

              Adding to the above, and presently, Khan is no more deserving of a Championship title shot than Thurman. They need to at least fight each other to determine who's the best challenger.

              NOW, before guys go on their nonsense rants about Khan hate etc....

              Khan has only had one fight at WW, and he fought an unranked opponent. He's not there yet!!!! This isn't hate, nor is it manufactured, it is the truth.

              Thurman, has had several WW fights, but he has yet to fight any ranked opponents. He's not there yet!!!! This isn't hate, nor is it manufactured, it is the truth.

              One more point: Floyd, by being at the very top of the division can choose his opponents, while Khan and Thurman, don't have that luxury.

                  I really don't know. He would certainly fight Khan if he beat Thurman, however.

                    There are 2 welterweights that no one will want Floyd to fight and that is Thurman and Porter.

                    Most guys are gonna call for Pacman and Khan cause they are easy work. And it's only big selling easy work that Floyd fans support cause he's tbe.
