          How heavy is Ruiz Jr.? I guess he was to heavy for the scales. Jokes aside, he has slimmed down, at least a bit. Still a long way to go! Maybe he can at least reach Arreola-shape.

            How do you even maintain that body fat % Ruiz has going through a training camp? I used to box a bit in my teens and that is some of the toughest physical training you can do, burns an insane amount of calories and is alot of hard work.
