The reason why Marquez didnt use vada with pac and bradley because the head of vada was convicted for the whole women's Olympic steroid scandal which Herreda was the main witness against him and took a plea deal. Obvious marquez wouldn't trust vada knowing the bad blood there

Well now I know that there is no reasoning with a fan boy who is still hurt from seeing his hero face down on the canvas. You probably can't stand that the only decisive victory they've had was Pac face down and Marquez still standing.
