So a year and a half of fighting "bums" for low money, this after not fighting for big money since Martinez. I don't know if it was such a great idea to turn down the extension.

I don't want to hear about competition. Andre Ward went through the gauntlet with the Super 6 and still nobody knows who he is. James Kirkland had to fight Alfredo Angulo and Carlos Molina back to back and still got lowballed when they offered him the Canelo fight. Devon Alexander shut Maidana out 10-0 and has a W over Matthysse. When his name was brought up as a Mayweather opponent, they laughed at him.

You can defeat everybody in the top 10 and be the #2 pound for pound fighter in the world. If you can't sell tickets you get treated like a journeyman. Why can't Keith Thurman get a fight right now?

Bradley knows this. Casual fans don't give a **** about who you beat. If they don't like you they won't pay to see you fight.

Arum can't afford for JCC Jr. to be an example for other guys, so he almost has to make an example out of him. It is just business~
For some reason I dont think so. But if he was to do so, what was Chavez supposed to do? Just keep getting tricked into resigning and being stuck with the company? At the end of the day he wants to leave, then he wants to leave right? Right.

I dont think he will shelf him tbh. He has a good relationship with the family and although Arum was slick with the extension, I dont think he's just going to do Chavez dirty just because he wants to leave. Thats his choice if he wants to leave. What else is Chavez suppose to do, just keep resigning and being tricked into doing so when he's ready to leave?

What is so bad about re-signing? He was offered a lot of money.

Well your going to hear about competition. He's not going to build a legacy unless he starts fighting someone.

They laughed at Devon fighting Floyd because Devon has a bad history of quitting, didnt do enough to earn the fight, and would be an AWFUL style match up. Not only that, but Bradley is never going to be built up into a star.

So I dont know whats the point of you changing the subject an talking about all these other fighters an what they did while still not becoming big names.

And Bradley's never going to sell big tickets. I have no idea what it has to do with anything I mentioned. Kieth Thurman cant get any fights but is he the same as Bradley? Bradley is holding the division hostage and we will never see him fight the fights we wants. Thurman isnt holding anything hostage. He's nowhere close to Bradley as far as importance and I dont know what it has to do with anything I said btw.

Bradley doesnt know anything. He didnt sign the extension because he knew something. He signed it because he knew NOTHING and was ****** unlike Chavez, which brings me to my last point. In which I will get to after my second to last point.

Everything you ignored, please go back and respond to it.

Last point; What does any of this have to do with Chavez pulling the rug under Arum and him pulling a MAJOR power move?

He didnt WANT to resign and wasnt ****** enough to do it in the slick way they tried to do it in. By dangling a fight over his head the same way they did Bradley and Ghost.

He was simply ready to leave the company that is all. It wouldnt have been bad if he stayed. But just him being smart enough to not be tricked. Promoters have been doing this for years. I would never expect him to be smarter than Bradley and Ghost.

They tried to stunt on him and he comes back like, "Oh well I dont want to resign I will take the fight without the extension"

Its BANOODLES that he did that. Imagine Arum's face. He probably thought it was the same o'l same o'l. Do the extension trick then back to business. Chavez has him panicking and this is his last big name fighter. The kid shocked me and Arum both I tell you what.

You compared Chavez to Bradley. They aren't in the same position. Chavez has a big following and its ****** for him to be signed to one promoter. He's leaving tons of money on the table. He has the ability to pull power moves because he's in a position of power.

Bradley on the other hand can't sell tickets and will always be a B-side. Yes he is the same as Thurman in terms of drawing power. It doesn't matter who he beats. To make $18 million in 2 years with no fanbase is incredible. He wouldn't have made that kind of money at GBP and GBP's entire roster isn't seeing those kind of figures.

He makes more money fighting Rios/Alvarado, etc. AND headlining his own card on HBO than he would fighting Porter/Thurman, etc. over at GBP.

I don't really care about him signing an extension or not. He's a big draw so if he thinks he can pull it off going the free agent route then good luck to him.

It'll just be interesting to see how it all plays out. To date he's been an indisciplined fuck-up and he was badly exposed by Martinez in his biggest fight. He's not Oscar or Floyd, he's a mediocre fighter with a famous name. He'll have to up his game considerably to make this work.

Good so we both agree on Chavez.

I guess we can start talking about the irrelevant stuff. Its not all about drawing power. Bradley is the top 3 ww's. He's important. He is NOWHERE NEAR thurman in drawing power, rankings, in ANYTHING. I bet if Bradley were to fight Floyd he would get paid WAAAY more than Thurman would. Thurman is unproven nobody.

Bradley being as important as he is, I think he would have made more money on all of gb fights combined. As I mentioned he has to keep padding his record with rematches at tr. Now imagine if he fought golden boy's entire roster twice. It would be boatloads.

He wouldnt make more money fighting Rios bum azz than he would fighting Golden boy's roster. I notice how you strategically used Golden Boy's least known fighters in Porter and Thurman to make an example. LOL You are not half as slick as Arum.
And Rios and Alvarado is half of TR's complete stable.

He will fight them both 6 times a piece. Fighting golden boy's roster 6 times a piece, knowing golden boy has real fighters it would be way more money.

And why do you keep focusing on the money? His whole prime at TR will be wasted on these meaningless fights. Its NO WAY you can tell me staying at TR is better than being at golden boy putting his prime to REAL use. Its NO WAY. Thats the reason you wanted to avoid talking about competition.

Im sorry bro, fighting TR bums 3 and 4 times a piece is NOT anywhere near fighting the best in the division. What is Bradley going to do? Retire a rich hypejob because he ducked the 10-20 fighters at his weight class? But got paid handsomely to fight cherries?

Sorry bro, you will be an easy debate win if that is what your saying.

Go back and respond to me other comment. This is dragging out.
