All signs point to PED use.

Marquez declined extra VADA/USDA testing for the Bradley fight. People need to remember that.

Bradley thought that was agreed upon in the contract and was almost about to pull out when Marquez declined. But there was too much money on the table and he'd look like a wuss if he cancelled the fight...so Bradley went along with the slightly enhanced testing from Nevada's commission.

You forgot to mention that Marquez lost to Bradley. So, if he was on PEDS, what good did it do him? Not only did he lose to Bradley, but he never even hurt Bradley in the fight.

You are trying to tell us that Marquez refused to participate in extra testing against Bradley; therefore, that means Marquez was on PEDS. Pacquaio refused to participate in random tests against Mayweather, but Pac was as clean as a nun.

We agree on the bold. Obviously we can't be certain if Marquez is juicing or not. Then again, we can't be certain if Sammy Sosa juiced when he hit 60 home runs three years straight (a feat that had never been achieved before, and had only been done one season by two other men).
