Arum: Pacquiao has agreed to fight Cotto-Martinez winner

It would be cool, but the problem is has Pacquiao ever weighed more than 147 pounds for a fight? I don't see him going up to anywhere near 160. If Martinez wins, than he'd likely want the fight in the 155-157 range. It would be a pointless fight if Martinez has to drain himself all the way down to 150.
