Floyd is promoting his brand and it is working. The guy is a living legend name me one other fighter just one who was 46-0, 4 lineal titles, 10 world titles in 5 divisions and 24-0 in world title fights

Anybody can say I am the best ever and get hats made up that have TBE on them. The fans and boxing experts decide who ranks where. While most agree that Mayweather is one of the best, damn near nobody except Mayweather and a few of his most devoted fans say he is the best ever. Most say no he is not the best or even one of the top 10 best.

He has one of the best skills sets ever and ring IQ shown within the ring but he doesn't have the resume to match it.

I agree with this post and added ring IQ. Also his work ethic is very impressive. But Floyd admitted he cherry picks his opponents. He hasn't fought everyone he was able to. This negates "TBE" label. He avoided too many of his potential opponents.

I sincerely believe he will cherry pick his way to retirement with his "0" intact. It is the single, most important thing in the world to him, above all else. Maybe...maybe even family. Christ, he beat up his kids mom right in front of them, and threatened them.

I have more respect for guys that take on dangerous fighters that pose a genuine risk and have lost than one of the most skilled fighters that avoid threats to his "0"

So yes, Floyd is a great fighter, but the best ever? Definitely not.
