Well it's a work in progress, he's only had 15 pro fights and only turned pro 2 and half years ago, I think he's progressing pretty nice. The talk is because his dad Eubank Sr advised him to do that in order to create a media persona and sell as much a possible (even if it's selling to people who want to see you lose).

His father was immensely talented and could back up all his bravado with awesome performances.

I mean it's one thing to be a c*cky twat if you have the talent, but the guy hasn't even shown he has that. I criticize Thurman for that but at least he's been decimating these C graders, Eubank Jr has faced literal stiffs who have the frame of a noodle and he hasn't shown any kind of devastating power or speed. Awful defence too, he's not even British level.

I saw his debut and maybe two fights after that and I thought he was pretty damn good in those very early fights. I lost track of his development, but from what I saw he threw well schooled punches, he's quick.. there is something to work with. He's not really on anyone's radar right now so it's prob a little early for criticism
