Nah, Marquez's KO of Manny is an example of a perfectly timed and executed punch, and people still have the idiocy to call that a lucky punch. Garcia was swinging away at row z and managed to land a killer blow on Amir's neck when he wasn't even looking where he was punching, even his head was facing away.

Ok, technically there is no such thing as a lucky punch but come on, you've got to admit it was fortunate. Danny didn't time him, he had no idea whether the punch was gonna land he just let fly.

The most annoying thing about Khan is his head never seems to clear after taking a clean shot, this fight being a perfect example. He had plenty of time to recover after the big shot but he just never did.

Wrong. Garcia uses that punch a lot. He described it as dipping his head down and throwing high so his opponent thinks he is going to the body. It is a crafty shot. Anything but lucky. He knew Amir was comin in with the shots and he dove down and took amir's head off.

I dunno man, I saw it differently. I never saw him dip his head, I saw his head pointing in the opposite direction.

But looking at your sig I guess your gonna back up your man.

Going on what Garcia himself said. It is a punch they work on all the time.

Let's be REAL. EVERYONE on here on the bias truck. I happen to think Marquez got lucky and caught Manny jumping in. I am sure you think it was a plan Marquez hatched in his house a week before the fight though.

if you really think that was a lucky punch you are a moron, danny timed him. khan was never beating up on him first of all, he was outboxing and outworking him but danny was walking through everything like nothing. while he was doing so he was reading khan and looking for the spot to catch him, anyone who knows boxing can see him trying to time khan and getting closer and closer until he finally got it just right. the hook he caught him with is incidentally the exact same counter he dropped morales with and uses on a very regular basis. he loves countering over that right uppercut and he said going in the key was going to be timing and catching khan in between shots. khan done got his ass whupped, period.

thats because he was slipping the uppercut while throwing the hook over the top of it. also getting all of his weight and torque into the punch.

The Khan fanatics are crying like the Vitali fanatics making excuses for every loss that technically it wasn't a loss. Khan wasn't running away with the fight either. He was getting hit with a lot of counter body shots and then he couldn't land well by round 3.

The only luck with that punch that it hit Khan on the neck and not on his chin, Khan would had been in a coma if it landed on his chin
