Ricky Hatton says he cannot wait to get hands-on with personal trainers and group exercise instructors at this week's BodyPower Expo at the NEC in Birmingham.
More than 55,000 people are set to attend the three day event which runs from Friday until Sunday and 'The Hitman' will be donning his focus pads to show delegates some of the techniques used in his Hatton Academy programme.
Each taster session will last for 30 minutes and aims to demonstrate to PTs the benefits boxing can have when used as part of a training regime.
Launched last year, the Hatton Academy is the only boxing for fitness programme to be officially accredited by the British Boxing Board of Control and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP).
"I've been to BodyPower twice before and it's always had a fantastic atmosphere, but I think this year's will be better than ever," Hatton said. [Click Here To Read More]
