For a guy who "has hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank", it's a shame that Pacquiao only has words for his countrymen, rather than actually ever doing anything.

What is to stop Pacquiao from opening up a couple of world-class facilities in his home country? Finding the level of trainers needed to develop guys is likely another story, but at least Pacquiao could have the facilities in place.

Then again, here's the same guy who talked about helping his country in the aftermath of the hurricane, yet could only muster up token support, in the form of a loan from his promoter, for his countrymen.

He's already helping out in all those areas, but apparently that's not enough for you. If you're looking for him to do everything himself, no way he can afford that.
