If you thought Roach sounded like a jack ass god knows what your opinion of JMM is then.

im talking about in general as of late. roach has been running his mouth making crazy statements and such. in this interview it seems like he was being honest and up front and didnt try to BS his way like before. usually roach would have said he perfer marquez again for manny because that was a lucky punch, etc. instead this time he didnt mention anything about that and even joke that although they've fought 6-7 times already roach would perfer marquez for manny to try and get redeemtion for the KO.

Roach knows that Manny vs. Alvarado is a bull**** fight. It's Marquez or bust for 2014. I hope he persuades Manny not to sign that extension.

Nobody outside of Arum, Roach and HBO want a fifth fight. Which is why most polls i've come across have people picking Alvarado by huge margins just because 42 rounds were more than enough. Yet what does Floyd have to do with Manny? Each man has their own in-house issues with the network. We are quickly approaching the point where it's costing HBO and Showtime money to showcase them with little to no return on their investment...get ready to see the hands of power start putting pressure if their fall numbers are just as bad as the spring ones.

The cold war really sux. Arum can downplay it all he wants, but short of manny v floyd which aint happenin, manny v broner would be a huge ppv fight, big business and interesting fight. Arum just downplays it bc he always has a f***in excuse to avoid fights wit non TR fighters.
I know pac has significant debt and spends all his $, but regRdless he should NOT sign a TR extension - although I fully expect him to. I believe Koncz receives money back from Arum under the table bc otherwise, from all the information available, I dont understand why an advisor or manager of manny would even consider resigning wit TR

That could very well be the case. Add to the fact that Marquez will be able to hit him at will leads me to believe Marquez should win. But then again, he's 41 so, yea. Guess we will see.

Throughout their careers pac has had a littl better opp. Top fighter at 112 for lineal title. Same at 122, 126, 130 and 140 (except 122 wasnt lineal). Plus mayweathr is goin to held to a different standard bc he claims to be THE BEST EVER! plys pac just beat a top 5 lb 4lb fightr in his last fight.
Lastly unfortunatly the cold war- which arum has helped cause- limits pacs current available competition
