As soon as the "Future" beats Lara he will be the face of this sport.

I can see Canelo carrying the torch. He's already immensely popular with the Mexican/Mexican-American (top PPV buyers) demographic and if he wins a few more fights can permeate other demographics. I can also see Thurman as he is very entertaining in interviews. He is very confident and I find his trash talk humorous but not annoying or offensive at the same time. He also has a very exciting fighting style which fans, especially casual fans, can fall in love with. Same with Porter in sense of fighting style, but he seems more reserved in interviews. I'd throw Danny Garcia in the mix as long as his father is there to ruffle feathers and he continues winning.
