Ward is suspect to me...I remember before he did this running in with a shot and clinching style...he was getting rocked by bums early in his career...very suspect chin...Kovalev is a bigger guy...so that holding sht won't be as easy to get pull off...

Ring Magazine is losing credibility to me for having Andre Ward as number two pound for pound. How? Just because he doesn't lose shouldn't keep him on the list...Ward fought two meaningless fights going on 3 years now...when does he get dropped from the list?

Marquez will probably be fighting Pac again if he wins..

This ****ing guy... I used to be a fan, well, no more.

He's got the nerve to complain about 2 people "not wanting to fight" when they're 2 weeks away from a rematch that has sold 80,000 tickets. Meanwhile, Andre himself is more interesting in suing people and being greedy, than fighting ANY ONE at all.

Listen the reality is Ward for all his talents does not bring in the crowds. He's not a ppv name as of yet and he's really not being handled to get to that point. You can't expect guys to fight you for a million bucks, at least not a name that knows good enough he can have an easier fight for considerably more money. Andre wants to keep earning his 2 million from premium cable broadcasts and yet lesser talented boxers are earning more than that fighting elsewhere. No network in the states is going to spend $5 million on a card just to get Andre the fights he wants. Yeah I want to fight GGG or Chavez but only will pay them 600k is not going to fly. The only fight I can see any network paying $5 million for would be Kovalev and Stevenson upon possible unification..and even that I can see being slapped with ppv tags.

He's jealous - it's as simple as that. He's one of the most accomplished fighters in the world who can't sell out his living room.

I seriously don't know what planet he is on sometimes, he expects everybody to come to his weight class, fight in his home town and infront of a fraction of the people they could be fighting infront of elsewhere for chump change. And if Andre doesn't get his way the toys start coming out of the pram... Behaving the way he does he deserves to be fighting nobodies in his home town and earning small purses while the real fighters make the proper money.

Fighters like Floyd, Ward and Bradley can duck, fight once a year (or not at all) and get gifts and still stay at the top of those lists.
