Alvarado's got this. He's too big for Marquez. Marquez was life and death with Diaz and Katsidis. I don't see any way how he can overcome a brutal toe to toe fighter like Alvarado.

          ???Exploit weaknesses???

What does Alvarado do that Marquez can't do better? Maybe a shoulder roll here and there. There's nothing advanced about Alvarado.

As far as weaknesses go, Marquez shows wear and tear in his knees and his stamina seems to have taken a hit with age and added bulk. Alvarado needs to make it a young mans fight (think back to Juan Diaz' early round success), and maintain a high work rate. I just don't think it will be enough and Marquez will kill Alvarado's spirit with hard counters, liver shots, and uppercuts.

I do believe in to the saying, "Once a quitter, always a quitter". Before Provodnikov Alvarado didn't know how to lose. The thought never entered his mind. Provodnikov killed his relentlessness. Im not saying Alvarado will quit again but he might go into survival mode. Fighting to last the distance as opposed to fighting to win.

Jmm always finds a way to win, he's that kind of fighter. Technically he can take Alvarado apart, your right about Alvarado being too big though. This is going to be a hell of a fight, I can see Jmm possibly getting stopped for the first time in his career but I can see the Same for Alvarado

I have the feeling Alvarado will beat the aging Marquez. Not sure about going the distance or stoppage though. I say Alvarado UD.

Life and death with Diaz and Katsidis? give me a break. MARQUEZ HAS NEVER BEEN STOPPED, not by prime pacquiao, not by prime Mayweather.

If Bradley had come at Marquez the way he came at Pacquiao he would have been stopped by Marquez. No doubt.
