Off the top of my head I don't recognize this guy's name. Geale would've been a great opportunity. In my opinion he would give Golovkin a better test than anyone he's fought so far.

I'm a Golovkin fan and I know this isn't his fault but come on, even the fans are waiting for a fight against a name guy. We went from Golovkin-Chavez to this? I new it was bound to happen, I don't think he's fought a mandatory since getting the belt.

He should fight Fletcher on the GGG/Geale undercard since the fight would only last 1 round

Stopped? LOL these "english knockouts". He was hurt, that's it. Everytime the english boxer hurts his opponent the referee jumps to stop the fight. I've seen it so many times in that country, it's ridiculous. I prefer judges robbing decisions to this bull****, at least they let them fight.

That being said, Golovkin would murder these two fools in one night...

I do certainly think the fight could have went on, but I don't think it was going to get much better for Fletcher. I can't say that Fletcher landed 1 good punch in those 2 rounds.

It is a totally different fight and normally I would be willing to give him a chance based on that fact but we are talking levels of difference between him and Golovkin.

Never heard of him, not familiar with any of his defeated opponents either, and he was ko'd by someone else I am not familiar with. probably not a worthy opponent for possibly the best MW in the world with a ko streak that has been going for nearly 8 years now and who has never need to go even a full 10 rounds yet.

GGG needs new management, he is going nowhere with tons of talent
It's harder for eastern Euro fighters to get the big fights but not THIS hard

                      might as well

I see GGG still building that GOAT resume, I hope to see him in with a big name or other Champion soon
