Oh, I mean one where he doesn't later deny what he said on record at a press conference for one of his fights.
Floyd did try to make the fight twice.

"Throughout this whole process I have remained patient, but at this point I am thoroughly disgusted that Pacquiao and his representatives are trying to blame me for the fight not happening when clearly the blame is on them.

"First and foremost, not only do I want to fight Manny Pacquiao, I want to whip his punk ass.

"Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn't want to take the tests.

"In my opinion it is Manny Pacquiao and his team who are denying the people a chance to see the biggest fight ever. I know the people will see through their smokescreens and lies. I am ready to fight and sign the contract. Manny needs to stop making his excuses, step up and fight." - Floyd Mayweather 2009

you get the point..pac is not legendary and when he fights floydf you will see that..
Please....the fighters you listed were legendary because they took on the big fights. Saying PAC is not legendary only shows your boxing intelligence is minimal at best. Who wins is the great debate and if your logic says Floyd's wins then the reality is manny has a great chance. Lol

Exactly. The Names you have listed come from a generation of fighters, not celebrities who spend more time in front of the mirror than in the gym.

A quote from 2009? We can list all kinds of quotes from both camps at that point in time. What's the problem now? Arum? The reasoning from floyd seems to change with each week so how can anyone believe leaving arum will seal the deal. Let's not forget we are talking about a proven liar. You think that just started overnight. What Floyd says has no merit. Once you get caught everything you say goes out the window. Past and present.

So please leave any fmj quotes out of this. They don't mean s***'

From your signature I see you are a fan x-clan fan. Their lyrics processed real substance. For someone who appreciates the depth oddly enough lacks substance in his comments.

Obviously you have no respect for manny'a accomplishments and it's obvious your opinion is bias. PAC will be no bum. Far from it. Mega fight or not....win or lose....he is respected for his heart and his will. Not his wins or looses. It's deeper then that. This is where you are confused.

Does anyone know if Manny can just sit out the rest of the year/contract expires, and just wait till he gets Mayweather in the spring 2015?
Theres is absolutely no point in fighting Marquez nor Alvarado. hes risking the fight more than gaining interest to make the may fight bigger. The only fight that would make Manny more credible to fight floyd would be vs Canelo, or Maidana in the fall and KO them. otherwise he should just sit out and wait for floyd.
This is much like his options back in 2012, i remember after the robbery, they were considering to sit out until they get floyd, but arum and the snake kockz advised manny to take the 4th fight with marquez for the $$$
so back to square one again..

Same five morons arguing about Mayweather vs Pacquiao as usual. Break all the bones in both your hands please.

My bad. I could have sworn that ThePrince's specific request - who I was responding to, not you - said "Go ahead and show me any quote from Floyd where he even hints he's not avoiding a Pacquiao fight for health or other reasons. I'll wait."

                      Did I misread that?

Now all of the sudden when I produce a specific quote from the only ACTUAL negotiations these two camps have ever had, you say that Floyd was lying. Then you wonder why no one takes you idiots seriously.
