Pacquiao doesn't have the power to demand any fight, he fights who Arum tells him to and when, he's a lap dog. Hope Marquez doesn't go back on his word and never accept a 5th fight, it's time to move on, Manny hasn't figured him out after four tries, what would make a 5th any different.
