Max is OK. He does jock Black fighters. I know his brother Jack Kellerman and they are the typical ***ish kids who try real hard to be down.

idk why people say that, there is no truth to it at all.

he also "jocks" golovkin, martinez, mikey garcia, donaire, lomachenko, kovalev, pacquiao etc and nobody says a thing. but any time he gives a black fighter any props even if its clearly 100% accurate all you hear is "typical kellerman always nuthugging black fighters" or something similar.

Yea he really is, I think he is just too passionate about boxing to have the role he currently occupies. Lampley provides the passion, from the analyst position I don't need Lampley light.

Merchant worked because he is such a skeptical douche bag but it balanced out Lampley, now it is just too much one way.

Max has a sick infatuation with "slick" fighters and deep down he wants to be like them. His rambling on the most recent episode of "TFG" was asinine.

Rephrase - i dont like him personally, just his persona.. Hes too prententious and smarmy i think. I respect commentators or so called experts that used to box or at least look like they can fight a bit ... Its like he believes he has an important opinion when he always just says common stuff... He has no insight or intelligence
