If sergio's knee i alright, he's not going to need to move a lot.

If he can set himself and generate power through his legs, he will hurt Miguel early and often. 70% of the Sergio that pounded Chavez will stop Miguel.

Martinez is probably going to whoop Cotto's ass.

Cottos only hope is Martinez getting injured during the fight. Even the Martinez that struggled and arguably lost to Murray has enough to beat up and stop Cotto.

I have a lot of respect for Cotto, but y'all are acting like he's some kind of killer, lol.

He won't be hitting Paulie Malignaggi in there. Martinez is a LOT bigger than Cotto. And if he shows up injury free and in decent shape, he's going to bust Cotto's ass.

I promise you kid, it's quite possible to be a fan of Cotto and still subscribe to Martinez beating him and badly too.

                  That's the big if.

If Sergio is still struggling with the bad knee then this could be a very competitive fight. However, if Sergio is feeling good, this will be a beat down. Sergio of 2011 would have masacred Miguel.

Even the 2012 version would have murdered any version of Cotto. He took clean haymakers from Chavez Jr while he was on one leg and his head stayed clear the whole time.

The trauma of Cotto never becoming as big as once promised to be has had a severe impact on his fans. They think a guy who soaked up shots from Kelly Pavlik and Chavez is going to be worried about Cotto's power, when Cotto has no power at 154.

Margarito said that Cotto couldn't punch even at 147. And even little Manny Pacquiao was walking through his shots.

And I'm not aware of a boxer who KOd anybody running around the ring with their hands down.

Yeah, he has the highlight KO of his career with Williams but, that was (once in a life time) then and this is now.
I find Martinez "KO POWER" to be suspect. Especially being OLDER and fighting bigger guys. These designer PEDS are out there. When you have dudes reinventing themselves as killers in the ring. Guys who got knocked out at 105lbs by a jab like Pacquiao, and all of a sudden they have middleweights running for dear life... A thinking man at the very least, understands that this would require some su****ion. Sergio is on that suspect list. Went from an average welter to a menacing middle taking with a newfound KO punch

                      Not buying.
