DeCubas is Landy's manager. The guy is always putting words in Lara's mouth. 90% of the quotes attributed to Landy on this forum, or anywhere else, are really Luis's words. DeCubas even does this when he translates during live interviews. It really gets on my nerves, to be honest, but I it's understandable. As Lara's manager, the guy tries to hype every fight his boxer's in. You can clearly see the effect right here in this thread. More people will wanna buy the PPV just to see Landy's mouth busted.

I understand it could be annoying but you also gotta understand... he's trying to make Lara marketable. Either looking out for Lara or looking out for his own pocket or both. So you cant really fault him.

canelo is also talking a lot of no senses. They are selling the fight. Dont take it personally. After lara wins he will say a lot of nice words to him and mexicans, but now the gsme is to say ****** things.

Angulo said Alvarez was pampered and had a padded record and got the beating of the lifetime. You could see Alvarez took out his anger and frustration on him. If Lara's deciding to go the same route he's going to get hurt. I hope he keeps it up, and calls him "pecoso","enchilado" or "cabesa de cerillo" it will only get worse for Lara.

For real, Canelo was trying to knock Angulos head off. I wonder if he will do the same against Lara. I doubt he will, Lara is a different fighter.
