Wasn't he just dipping his hand in ice? Not an actual ice bath I don't think.

Fraud is a fake as well as a moron.

Elite athletes normally take ice baths after a hard training session or compete to aid recovery.

Before an event it makes no sense.

This just shows how fake Fraud really is.

it will get your blood pumping, blood pumping helps healing yes, but also will have you energized, and mentally it will fortifiy your confidence

so doing it just before a fight can be very beneficial, because in boxing if you aren't mentally ready, no matter what kind of shape you are in, you will lose

i think it's great he does it, actually something interesting from floyd and not the usual bragging about money

have you never heard of cryotherapy? of course not!. he's most likely using the ice bath to assist with numbing his hands as well as to remove any inflammation present so when his hands are wrapped, he'll get better support and compression. but hey what do I know with my bachelor of science in sports medicine.

No, it doesn't, it slows the heart rate and shrinks the capillaries to help prevent micro tears.

It is a post work out treatment, not a pre work out.

There was a bit where he was icing his hands. When did he come out of a bath?

I'm with the common sense posters, icing helps after a workout. I used to ice bath my legs after a hard run and didn't get any DOMS
I saw Floyd dipping his hands in ice before wrapping it, best guess to keep swelling and damage down as his hands are shot...
But a ice bath??? I didn't see that. You sure you weren't watching universal soldier?
