I remember this fighter from the 90s as being an action packed non stop punch thrower and seeing him upset a highly touted Mexican prospect does anyone have any more info on him as to what happened to his career ?

Padilla was the reigning WBO junior welterweight champion until Shane Mosley hit him hard while sparring, which caused a brain injury that prompted Padilla's boxing license to be suspended indefinitely.
