David Haye was in attendance at the Bermane Stiverne and Chris Arreola heavyweight showdown where Stiverne prevailed and was crowned with the WBC title that was vacated by Vitali Klitschko. The Klitschko’s have held the heavyweight division hostage for years as they were in possession of all four major titles but now Vitali has retired and Wladimir’s reign is seemingly coming closer to the end.

Haye has always managed to add flare to the division with his outspoken ways and ability to draw attention whenever he fought. Unfortunately for him, he’s currently sidelined after a shoulder injury that required reconstructive surgery and is still in the rehabilitation process.

Haye and his opinions aren't valid, not credible in the least bit. He bilked millions out of his nonperformance against Wlad after all the trash talk and threats he made. Tell Haye to shut up and go get a job drying cars off at the car wash.

David Haye pretty much speaks for everyone, if we're being brutally honest. Wladimir isn't an exciting fighter to watch, his fights are predictable and many of his opponents are usually B level or below. But hopefully Wladimir fights this upcoming batch of new contenders because there are a lot of good fights to be made now.

If Shannon Briggs is next I wouldn't even watch the fight. I didn't watch the Leapai fight either. It's a shame that the heavyweight champion has that negative effect on the division at the moment but it's not too late for Wladimir to turn his career around from just an average champion and become an ATG by fighting the best available competition. It's partly not his fault I guess because for a long time only David Haye alone was seen as the sole legitimate threat. Now we have at least 5 fighters who could be considered as credible opponents.

Klitschko IS boring. But what is that BS about him picking opponents? He fights everyone who dares step in the ring with him, including Haye and more recently Povetkin... he just makes everyone look really average. Not a single fighter he has avoided in many years.

Truth be told: Klitschko made himself look average too in the Povetkin fight. Getting on his toes to be able to push down better... duh that was weak.
