Actually Rios is the last say if the happens or not, all they can give him is names and he has to agree on it or not, which is obvious he is not. He is not leaving 147 for nothing, hell he wants to be back at 140.

how about a fight between Brandon Rios and Robert La Amenaza Garcia. Both have scheduled fights a week apart july 19 and july 25. Both are come forward fighters with power why not make the fight???
