Some of you still mad at Buster for KOing your idol? Get over it. The man had just lost his Mom a few days before the fight. He was seriously motivated. Yeah, he was hit or miss at times, but he also had many impressive wins. Go look on BoxRec for a refresher course. I saw him seriously dominate Greg Page a few years before the Tyson fight, first time I ever saw him live. He was a beast that night. And after he first retired and almost died from a diabetic coma, he came back and got in great shape and fought several fights and won most or all of them. Granted not against top competition, but few of them were cans. Give the man credit. He was no bum. Arreola, now THAT is a bum.

No it is not. I thought you were completely unaware of Buster's whole story untill I read your second moronic post but let me explain to you why Douglass is one of the biggest losers in boxing history despite having the biggest upset win:

After a legendary performance like that you'd think that a guy would use that victory as a huge boost and resurgence for his career where he was the ultimate underachiever. But he did the complete opposite. This LOSER was nearly 15 pounds overweight in his first defense, and after the first punch he gets hit with he looks for a comfy spot on the canvas and clearly takes a dive. Quits and throws his undisputed title away, and along with that millions and millions of dollars that he could have earned for himself and his family to be set for life.

Case in point he made a deal with Sega to get his own videogame. He lost the title before the game was even out.

He becomes a classic case of a dumb boxer losing all of his money, and instead of trying to better the situation and fighting again to make a living he nearly eats himself into an early grave(his weight went up to nearly 400lbs and almost dies of diabetic complications) and retires from the sport.

He takes a dive again many years later in his 'comeback'. He is left with no option but to start a business that sells condoms.

Nice subliminal message there, James. I think your boxing career could have used some condoms because you've ****ed it beyond belief when you had a legit chance at greatness and success.

Holyfield should have been the guy to give Tyson his first loss(and likely would have been if Douglass had stayed on the canvas in the 8th, something he's used to), atleast he would have done something with a win like that, instead of throwing everything away and disgracing himself and his sport. He did nothing but disrupt boxing history.

I think his point was that he was inspired to beat Douglas after Buster beat Tyson. Not to be like Douglas.
