that is one of the belts from that region tua held to get up to the #2 WBO position a few years ago before losing to barrett, shane Cameron & most recently alex leapai held that title along with the WBO oriental title to get in position for the boytsov fight. that regional belt has been a huge stepping stone belt for WBO contenders. brian minto holds the WBO oriental title & joseph parker will be aiming to take that soon. hunter sam could be in the WBO top 15 soon with a win.
