I watched the fight thinking it was going to be an easy fight for Mayweather actually, I predicted Mayweather to win the fight, but the fight turned out to be the opposite of what I predicted.

Again, still, no one has told me what and when are those "clean" punches that Mayweather supposedly hit Maidana with. Maidana completely neutralized, rolled, and blocked Mayweather's left hook, the only punch Mayweather could land was an occasional right hand over Maidana's lazy jab. I don't need to watch highlights created by flowmos that replay every little punch floyd lands 10 times, I watched the fight 3 times and Maidana outworked Floyd badly and Floyd didn't land enough to win.

I will book mark this thread, and will post my round by round with the punches once I rewatch it.. All I know is that I had Maidana up 4-2 but faded and allowed Floyd to steal 5 of the last 6 for a 115-113 Floyd win..

I watched the whole fight, don't tell me what I watch or didn't watch. I guess I can also say that you watched the whole fight with rose-tinted flowmo glasses. You say Maidana slowed down, so Floyd didn't slow down? We can't know who landed the harder body shots because we didn't feel them, but we do know that Maidana landed far MORE bodyshots.

Maidana swept 5 of the first 6 rounds and there is no way Mayweather won 6 rounds in a roll after that. Everytime someone in the fight tried to hold on for dear life it was Mayweather, not Maidana.

Only one of those shots from the first gif was clean. The hook was partially blocked and didn't slow Maidana down at all.

@ the hook being partially blocked. Did Maidana keep coming, yes. He's supposed to keep coming, unless he's trying to quit. But he did not block that hook. Before the hook even arrived, he dropped both his hands lower.

Lol, Floyd landed a grazing hook that bought him an extra second, before Maidana set upon him like a wolf again.

I said I already know that Floyd landed 1 or 2 clean hooks, a couple of pull counters, and an uppercut or 2, but once again, 1 or 2 pot shots every 2 minutes does not win you the fight. It won him the fight against Canelo because Canelo was even less active than him, but it doesn't work like that against Maidana.

Maidana landed just as many headshots and more bodyshots, and was the aggressor the entire fight.

I'll watch the fight again tomorrow to be sure, but right now I have it for Maidana.

Maidana took it 7-5, bit shoulve had a point taken off. So the correct score 114-113 in my honest opinion. Close and great fight. Props to both Fighters. Maidana won.

That's pretty much how I felt, that muay thai knee he threw was definitely ridiculous lol, but he edged it out by being busier.

As Maidana said, Floiyd is not as good as he thought hed be. Maidana thinks he beat Floyd, yet knows he lost to khan and Alexander.

When Floyd loses it will be like that. Floyd wont be knocked out, it will be a ugly fight like against Maidana.
Flioyd is too cautious to be knocked out.
