Wladimir has only been fighting the likes of Leapai, Mormeck, Pianeta and Wach lately. Complete and utter bums. Stiverne and Wilder are levels above those guys.

Wladimirs last big win was against David Haye, which was 3 years ago at this stage. Wlad is 38 now, getting on.

If wilder wins, He has showtime backing him. Wlad could do All Access and fight at the MGM new stadium To unify the Belts. This will Bring back Heavyweight Boxing to the big stage.
Dont want B-Ware to go fight in Europe, I have a Ukrainian friend and she tells me all the time Eastern Europe is so Corrupt its a Joke.

What a poor mentality, that's like justifying Chris John keeping the belt hostage in Asia (well, before he was defeated of course) or Cleverly fighting bums in the UK.

The best should fight the best, that's the way it should be.

I just think the WBC title should be kept in America for a while. Let Wilder get his chance at it, let Perez-Jennings have a go at the Stiverne-Wilder winner. Those fights will be exciting, it would be what the Heavyweight division needs.

The Klitschkos have kept their titles in Eastern Europe for a very long time, what's wrong with the WBC title staying in the US for a while.

PS: Stiverne was impressive in KO'ing Arreola in 6 rounds. Neither Adamek nor Vitali could achieve that.

Keep that belt in America. Leave Deontay Wilder get his mandatory, then have the winner of Perez-Jennings fight the winner of Stiverne-Wilder.

I wouldn't mind Wlad having all the belts, but the holding and pushing down he does is just puke worthy....the way he kept pulling on David Haye was ridiculous....even Emmanuel was telling this fool to stop holding so much, step back and throw the left hook instead (ever since the first Peter fight).....bottom line the networks here would love Wlad he knew how to fight at close range instead of grabbing and climbing on fighters whenever they get close.

Heavyweight Boxing would only thrive on the big stage, only way I change my mind if Wlad decides to fight at the MGM at least once a year against a risky opponent.

This would make sense...if Stiverne was actually American and not Canadian LOL.
