Should Mayweather hire a new mitts specialist?

I think Roger is slowing down a bit too much for Floyd, Floyd could still keep him but get a younger faster specialist in who knows the drill they do.

Khan does this, he has Virgil going through techniques and stuff, and still does mitts with him, but he has a specialist on the side so he can alternate and push himself more.

Maybe Mayweather also needs to tone down his workouts a bit more too? Does he still train everyday in camps? At 37 it might be a bit too much for him.

    Just some thoughts..

No, Floyd is doing just fine, no need for unnecessary changes.

His timing looked a bit off against Maidana, and I noticed Roger is struggling to keep up with him on the mitts.

He needs to bring in Alexander who can teach him the blueprint, as Floyd's limitations really showed in being not able to watch and learn from Maidana's previous fights.

If Roger cannot do it anymore, his father can do it. His father is very fast on the mitts. Next...

Hopkins said the more he ages, the more he trains and do drills to stay shape.
