You don't typically see immediate rematches for close but clear decisions unless the fighters have no other options.

Garcia should absolutely give Herrera a rematch, though. This wasn't a controversial fight while he was coming up that can go ignored, it was the lineal, recognized champ at JWW losing in the eyes of the big majority of fans and media. That deserves a rematch.
IMO Garcia should move on..None of those fights do anything for him at the moment, and imo he beat every fighter mentioned..While I thought the Herrera fight was close,I still thought Garcia won..I mean you have majority yelling that Maidana fought to a draw with Mayweather as well..I see no need for that rematch..I think People like underdogs..When an underdog does better then expected,it means a loss for the more popular or more accomplished fighter..

Hey man, I actually like Danny out of the ring (not his dad) but he's a very basic/limited boxer with not many skills, IMO. It is what it is.

I'm sure his next fight will be awesome against a very deserving, top 10 contender
And I like GGG! His resume is weak as **** though. And I brought him up cuz you said Danny and Lucas are both overrated but they're fighting top talent. And once GGG does the same, he himself might fall from grace. Everyone ****s on fighters after they lose a fight, same will happen to Golovkin if it happens.

The majority isn't saying Maidana drew with Mayweather. The majority thinks Mayweather won. The minority are the ones yelling.

The BIG majority thinks Herrera beat Garcia.

As for Hererra, he clearly beat Danny. Decisive victory for Herrera. A rematch isn't even needed, based on his rematch policy- Danny doesn't deserve to redeem himself. The fans know who the real champ is.

With that said, Provodnikov blasts Danny Garcia into another dimension. He's such a basic fighter with literally almost no natural skill or talent. He's just a tough dude with a rock solid chin who likes to fight (I'm talking about Danny)

Danny AND Matthysee were like two of the most overrated fighters here, ever. Lol.

Indeed,we all know who the Champion is..

A big majority thought Ortiz beat Peterson..Does not make them right, same with Garcia vs Herrera..Was the fight close, yes it was...Deal with the decision and move on..By no means is there no case for Garcia winning..There clearly is a case,so there for,Garcia can move on..Now I think Garcia should be fighting a Peterson, and giving Herrera another shot would not be the worse thing either..I don't see where Garcia has to give Herrera a rematch tho..The dude won fair and square..

When you guys defend behavior that is dodgy or cowardice, you're only enabling your fighters mediocrity. Fact. We shouldn't have to wait for Garcia to be exposed by limited fighters on his supposed reign as the 140 lb kingpin. He should be challenging himself further.

What else do you want from the guy??I agree he should be challenging himself, the only acceptable fights for him at 140lb are Peterson Matt's and Herrera..He should be fighting one of these guys next..Or moving up..
