  • If Broner never opened his mouth and was religous. No one would ever even talk about him. IF he could go down a couple weight classes he might be able to make a name for himself but not over 140. He's too small.
I don't want to see another rerun of Marquez vs Pac. It should of been stopped at 3. I just want one fight and thats Pac vs Floyd. If either of these guys start fighting these truly talented ELITE fighters. There BOTH going to start to look bad. There getting too old and its will show with elite speed and abilities.

    • Pointless thread ,two company's are not going to make it happen. This is how they're selling there fight, knowing its not going to happen.

Rios, stopped Alvarado. And would most likely stop Guerrero and Ortiz.
Manny could fight Ortiz, Guerrero, and Broner and you would have no problem with that. And you snub your nose at Guerreros opposition? Still doesn't change the fact that Rios lost a fight in a lower division before Manny fought him. Mannys a p4p fighter and he shouldn't be facing scrubs like Rios ever.

Why did Floyd even fight Guerrero? Oh because of that impressive win over Berto. I get it.

          • Broner will look like a clown if he fights Pacquiao. His wardrobe for that fight should resemble a bum's.

As opposed to that impressive loss against Alvarado?

Also, even though this fight is not a good fight at all, it would involve haymon, who surely would want Broner to make at least 10 million. Look under the layers.
Ok then explain how can Pacquiao tell Floyd "my line is open 24 hours" if who he fights isn't up to him, why not say "Arum's line is open 24 hours"..Manny is a big enough star where he should be speaking for himself.

                  Nice way to rewrite history

Too bad none of that happened doe

Without jmm, Canelo, Floyd or cotto Manny will never even come close to selling 1 million plus ppvs again. His personality is boring and with him not being able to knock anyone out, fans don't watch him anymore. Arum should recognize this and try to make a broner matchup a priority. Broner is a bit overrated but he's a much better fighter than the likes of Brandon Rios and would definitely sell the fight. Would be an entertaining fight lead up and broner would have a chance to catch Manny and lay him out if a 40 year old jmm was able to. Is this just another case of arum protecting a decling cash cow? Probably.

                    • still hoping Pac just retires, he's a shot fighter
but he's not gonna do it, so he has to fight good opponents
he has a title so he can't be playing it safe
with Pac in his present state, Broner's a competitive fight for him
but would actually pick Pac to win since Broner's been outed
dude is ok but he's nowhere near as good as people thought
Pac could get to him and break him down
