Yes, Wlad is considered champ, but no one can undermine the importance of the WBC belt and there is a reason why Wlad is making these moves otherwise he wouldn't have bothered.

Also like I've said Wilder can fight after and if he wins you can have an entertaining champion.
Again, I disagree. Exactly what difference would Wlad adding the WBC belt to his collection make? We hardcore fans know who he is and who he isn't, and him having the belt won't change our opinion.

As for casuals fans... In Europe casuals already worship Wlad and have precious little idea who Stiverne, Arreola, Wilder etc is. If one of those guys got his hands on a title, they wouldn't even know. In the US all they know is that there hasn't been an American HW champ in a while and that it sucks. They would actually appreciate an American champ, paper or not. So if anything, Wlad annexing the WBC belt (this soon) would be bad for the sport.

Yes, we hardcores do know who the real champs are in every division, but sadly it is the casuals that are the economic engine of the sport. The difference it'll make is that once we have an undisputed champ everyone will be forced to take notice in all corners of the world. Wlad-Haye drew 500 million viewers, so imagine once we do have a single champ?

Once the belts are unified they will be passed on as "one" most likely. Plus there isn't a 100% guarantee Wlad wins.

There should be only one heavyweight champion; I'd rather see Wlad grab the belt as quickly as possible and let everyone get in a SINGLE FILE line to challenge for the title.
If he does go that route and unify, what's to say that he won't keep facing the lepais and pianettas of the world. Id rather wait and have wilder fight the winner of tomorrow's fight

I wonder if those 'special letters' contained some bank notes....

This guy is desperate to unify and get out the sport before he has to face Fury because he knows he will lose his titles.

Imo I think Stiverne would KO Pulev...

Although beating Pulev would still be another great scalp for Wladimir to have on his resume if he beats him.

If its possible for Wlad he should fight Kubrat maybe in July, August then have another fight with winner of Stivvy and Arreola in late November but where should the fight be held???

Well If Wilder wants to come get it when the divisional champion takes the belt than he can get his title shot...
Although I doubt he will want to especially when he can't even KO Charlie Zelenoff.

                      No you're right...

Wilder ducked fights with Chisora (whom I think Wilder could beat) then also fights with Fury which is a 50/50...
He doesn't want to make the killer move to fight one of those dangerous guys who can give it back aswell as take it.
