In his first fight since last December's decision loss to WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz, tough Puerto Rican puncher Cesar "Junito" Seda (25-2, 17 KO's) is scheduled to return on June 19 as part of a card being staged in Bayamon, as part of the card where McWilliams Arroyo will take part in an eliminator. The potential rivals being mentioned for Seda include Alberto Guevar , Gilberto Mart�nez and Paul Peguero.
