Well, age changes people's metabolism. You'll find that out someday.

Arreola worked very hard for this fight -- he knows this is his last shot.

Some of you guys sound like you'd be much happier if he got on PEDs like so many other fighters do and got all bodybuilder ripped.

Then if he got caught, you'd probably be the first to condemn the man.

He's in very good shape, and he's got a good chance to win this tonight. This isn't Vitali he's fighting, or Wladimir.

              Absolutely,

there is a difference between being as ripped as Bradley and being fat.

Arreola is fat , methabolism has little to do with it. In one year time he could have lost much more than what, 8 pounds?.

Whatever methabolism one may have, if you work out and run your miles constantly, you won't look like that.

If Arreola were to give up drinking, changed his diet, hired a nutritionist and conditioning specialist for two years, he could have shed a ton of weight and get shredded. He doesn't have that kind of money or dedication and knows he can just rely on his power but he doesn't realize that he may be a top 10 heavyweight in today's division, but he's not going to beat the elite fighters that have more dedication to their conditioning than he does.
