He used to post on her way way back in the day. He would upload videos talking about how he was gunna beat Mayweather and he was the best. Eventually he had a fight against a guy who was like 0-13 I believe. He just kept running and spitting out his mouth piece and I think got DQ'd. After that he kinda faded into obscurity. A while back he "fought" Mayweather Sr I believe and got totally embarrassed and took some cheap shots at the old man, to the point where NSB was siding with Sr.

As for if he's actually mentally ill, who knows. Although a normal man wouldn't egg Wilder on to fight him like that. I'd personally say he's probably a little disturbed but then again watching some videos behind a computer hardly gives me any actual insight into the man.
