Haiti is a poor country and breeds people who want to better their lives that's why you have: Pascal, Berto, Stevenson, Stiverne and every other Canadian prospect is of Haitian descent.

Stiverne is based in America, hence why the belt goes there. He was born in Haiti, so they get credit like Mexico will for Arreola due to heritage, but the real credit will go to Canada whom Stiverne officially represents.

If you're comparing east LA to the streets or I should say dirt roads of Haiti you may be the one who is ******ed.

Not to mention most of these guys go to Quebec, that speaks Quebec French, from Haiti, where they mostly speak French / French Creole. So the guy's english language smack not being great is hardly a shock.
