Yes, NSAC only releases a result usually if a fighter comes back positive. So they'll tend to say he tested positive, what he tested positive for, and when the fighter tested.

VADA never releases results or details to the public. Like NSAC, they'll only announce that the fighter tested positive, what the fighter tested positive for, and possibly when. But never any details besides that.

It's only USADA that has been willing to publicly release detailed results whether positive or negative. And they've only done so with some Mayweather fights, if enough people call or email asking (and even this is no guarantee). Otherwise, they will only mention a result if the fighter tests positive, just as NSAC and VADA does.
