I think after May 3rd the answer is pretty obvious. Just picture a Maidana 3.0 coming at Mayweather all night long. No stamina issues.

i think provo wins a close 7-5 fight but gets robbed.

anyone with an aggressive nonstop style and a good chin has the best chances of beating mayweather. maidana had stamina issues but still won arguably. mayweather is only effective from midrange, take that away and he covers up barely returning fire. provodnikov wins this by a close decision.

I don't know what sort of gloves he'd make provo wear - hot air balloons probably. Make no mistake about it: if you face Provo the risk of being vegetablised is high. The Siberian icefields have produced a monster.

I like Provodnikov in this fight. 7-4, with a knockdown on Mayweather. If Mayweather doesn't fight Maidana in September, I would watch him fight Ruslan Provodnikov.
