He is slow, plodding and cannot take a punch. He will be viciously KO'd.
Why did he scare the Gayefaker into retirement then?

People seem fooled into believing Fury is fast, which he certainly is not. He is very heavy on his feet and when he isn't trying to be fancy he is extremely basic. If he fights Wlad it will be clear; Wlad is fast on his feet and will show how slow Fury is in comparison.

Fury is a big, heavy opponent with a poor chin. He will be nothing but another clip on Wlad's highlight reel.
      I disagree.

For such a big guy he's swift on his feet and quick with the jab or the 1-2.

Wlad might be quicker, but Fury is nowhere near as slow as some of the guys he's been facing of late.

It's not that bad. He goes down, but he doesn't do a silly dance and doesn't look out of it. Both times he's been down he's knocked the other guy out.

But it obviously needs to be tested against better opposition.

I agree. Fury is probably the toughest challenge for Wlad atm.

I don't really rate Wilder yet, so I wouldn't put him in the same boat.

Ideally I would like for Fury to beat a few more credible opponents, get some more experience and then he should be ready to give Wlad a fight.

I think he's getting there - because of his size more than anything else.

It's strange, because I'm still undecided as to whether I think he's a bum or a genuine contender. Would like to see the fight either way.

He's got the Chisora fight coming up, that will be tough so we'll see it there.

Ideally I'd like him to take on a former Wlad foe, either Povetkin or TT just to see how he compares to Wlad and then step up and face him.

The build up would be fun, and someone would get knocked out for sure.

                    Some good replies, cheers guys.

Fury vs Chisora is a good fight now. I think Fury beats Chisora, who is not a huge puncher and is a limited fighter. Chisora is durable and has a good chin. Fury by decision.
