Wait... You are right. I have just remembered the Malik Scott fight. Wilder would murder Pulev. He knows the Touch of Death technique.
Wilder probably got as much money for a WBC eliminator with Scott than he would have with Pulev, fighting out in bulgaria where nobody watches it.

Instead, Wilder fought Scott and looked great on a big card that everyone saw. And now he gets an opportunity to fight for the WBC strap next.

    That was a no-brainer.

Well I think Pulev is quite good and size wise a match for Wlad. It's more about styles. Pulev is tajlor made as a wladjababsorber. He'll eat a ton.

In all honesty, aside from Haye - who had the headmovement to not absorb a million jabs vs Wlad?

Wlad vs. Haye COULD have been entertaining. It's just a shame that Haye was so cautious.

Please. If you're not even able to knock out a 60 year old can like Thompson who gets knocked out by everybody there is no way you should be considered the best at anything. And good luck trying to outbox a 7 foot Klitschko. The only shot you have at beating him is knocking him out at this point. You're not gonna outbox him over 12 rounds. Either you knock him out or he knocks you out. Or he's gonna whoop your ass over 12 rounds and win by decision.

Haha. Not many. After all Wlad has one of the very best jabs in HW history.

Didn't Chambers and Thompson slip a lot of those lefts? Not enough though obviously.

You haven't got the slightest idea what you are talking about.

Pulev has (sadly) never even fought in Bulgaria. He fought Thompson in Germany on a big Sauerland card also featuring Braehmer and Abraham. That wouldn't have been bad for Wilder, either.
