Freedoom of speech means your entitled to express your opinion , however it doesn't mean there won't be repercussions if you say something ******. Being ranked or fighting for a WBC belt isn't a right, the commission has every right to rank whoever they choose to. Considering it's run by Mexicans it should come as no shock even if Broner's comments weren't as bad as people make them out to be, mainly idiotic.

Why wasn't Roach suspended for saying Mexican mf?It seems like an over reaction everybody pretty much knows that Broner can't and shouldn't be taken seriously,but if they are going to suspend him for this then Nach should at least receive some kind of sanctioning for his behavior in the aftermathnof the Bradley fight. Kovalev's interview was much more severe than this and so was Hopkin's comments on Calzaghe and Mayweather's comments on asians.

I didn't personally see it as racist. He was just doing that silly can man shtick. He really just said he beat a Mexican fighter, which wasn't a lie. Shit I was more offended about him lieing about the manner in which he won, because he didn't "beat the ****" out of him. Having said that, I'm not that upset about this. Broner is a clown, and hopefully this can serve as somewhat of a wake up call.
