Maidana has an overlooked defense and better head movement than Shane Mosley.

Also, I believe Maidana has more power.

But...

Shane has speed, toughness, power, and overall fighting ability.

Mosley by split decision. Marcos has enough power to make Mosley think twice before coming in.

I could see Maidana hitting Shane with a solid right hand like Vernon Forrest did.

Possible outcome two: Maidana by decision or Maidana by KO.

Mosley was a beast in his prime, there isn't anybody at 147-154 right now that could beat a prime Mosley.
