Thurman's chin was checked thoroughly against Chaves.

Thurman vs Rios would be a mismatch of the highest order.

Thurman is too strong for Rios.

But if Rios could somehow miraculously take Keith's power shots, then he could make things happen.

You know, I honestly think it was just a lack of balance. If you look at how he reacted after taking the shot, he seemed to an awkward step forward and it looked like he was wobbled, but I think he was just off balance. He put his hands straight down after getting caught and invited more pressure, that's not a sign of being hurt. Watch the replay a few times and you'll see what I mean.

Chaves is a bigger puncher than Karass and Thurman took more shots against him and took them very well.

I'd like to see him chin-checked a few more times, but so far he's shown a good chin imo.
