He has a better chance at beating Wlad than he ever did at Vitali, that's for sure.

I reckon Arreola would give Wladimir his toughest fight since Sam Peter.sure Arreola would likely gas,but he'd give Wlad he'll for 8-10,he wouldn't come and offer no sissy performance like Haye and Povetkin did,that is for sure.

Would he win is a completely different question.doubtful,but a fun fight.with multiple knockdowns I presume.

Im rooting for Chris, but I think Stiverne is a skilled, pretty fast, hard hitting mofo. Arreola lost to the most skilled fighters he faced, Adamek, Vitali, Stiverne.. spells bad hopes, but I hope Arreola can make adjustments and figure out and stop Stiverne. Then I want Wlad vs Arreola!!

I'm going by his calibre of opposition pre Cristobal,and inability to put Cris away after literally having him finished before the end of the third last time out.it certainly wasn't a fight winning punch,but it the entire course of the fight.

Fans far and wide criticise Wladimir for not finishing and carrying his opponents,was this from Stiverne not as blatant as an example from anybody he carried Arreola all the way to the final bell.it isn't that I particularly dislike Stiverne or that I'm overly fond of Arreola,it's just Stiverne IMO is a pedestrian,methodical plodder with only one pace.

I saw nothing to suggest last time Stiverne could adapt should Cristobal come with a different gameplan.that said Cris doesn't have an A and B game,so we're likely to see more of the same in the rematch,plenty of counter punching and Arreola looking for the KO.

I'll be shocked if Arreola beats Stiverne. Stiverne is a tactician in that ring and has great counters and power to boot. Arreola's best victories have been when he was able to bully the other boxer. He won't be able to bully Stiverne.
