For me this fight can go either way. TC has skill and youth but he is relatively untested per say, and Gamboa is.. Gamboa? His lay off and inconsistency has hurt him deeply. From boxings future ppv star at one point to an obscure and nearly forgotten talent, i hope Gamboa is well prepared for 12 rounds. What i like most about this fight is the outcome. Either boxer can be catapulted to elite ranks(again when referring to Gamboa) if victory comes in a flashy manner. Best of luck to both

I'm going with Gamboa's athleticism over Crawford's precision. If Gamboa still has the footwork and fast hands, I think Crawford wont get as many opportunities to get set to punch on a moving target.

funny some on here be on talking nonsense about cuban fighters .. but they want the best! idk if its for the money or they think they are better than them but you can't hate that ... rigo wanted pound for pound donaire who is taller much bigger and was beheading dudes ... gamboa wanted mickey garcia didn't come thru so he is now picking a muich bigger faster slicker crawford .. ideel crawford just to big and sharp for little gamboa .. lara begging for canelo .. in a era where fighters pick easy roads for titles and money these cubans dudes are fighting top dogs

Excellent fight glad it's been made. Interesting that Gamboa is actually facing a tougher fight stylistically against Crawford than he would have against Garcia.
