Holding and Clinching: Floyd gets a Pass?

I don't get it. Why is Khan's holding and clinching illegal whereas Floyd's is allowed?

Floyd is the master of that right hand, left elbow, forearm to the throat then hold combination. It's hilarious how his fanboyz ignore it then cry for hours over the slightest little infraction by his opponent.

Both of them fought dirty but sometimes you have to grab against a fighter who's rabbit punching, Mayweather did the same to Guerrero to stop it. Sometimes people on here can't analyze the simplest things.

Floyd can do whatever he wants he is a god to these people. He fights dirty shoves maidana to the ropes then 1 2's him and nobody says nothing. Maidana jabs Floyd to the ropes and unloads on him everywhere, what is he supposed to do? go for his head and miss. 7-5 maidana

because no refs are allowed to say anything to Floyd...the excessive holding was definitely frustrating to watch and warranted AT LEAST a warning
